Air Quality Improvement for a Furniture Factory
Furniture spraying is highly sensitive to oil and water in compressed air, which previously caused frequent fisheye defects. We rebuilt the compressor station with a refrigerated dryer, three-stage filtration and adsorption drying, cutting paint defects by about 80%.
