Kaishan screw air compressors feature a unique design with zero clearance volume. In 2019, Shuangzhen launched the "energy-saving controller" and the second-generation "SP blade" products with high added value and long market vitality, with standardized processes throughout design and production.
All business is centered on customer needs, with products exported overseas. The design and manufacturing of 17 key components — including the KAISHA-200-140 series, screw airends, motors, bearings, hardware, oil pumps and oil-gas separation elements — are completed in-house, forming a complete industrial chain that ensures stable quality and cost advantages.
