Energy-saving Retrofit for a Machinery Workshop
A machinery manufacturer with large demand fluctuations was wasting energy on constant loading/unloading. We customized a solution of variable-frequency screw compressors, storage tanks and refrigerated dryers for on-demand air supply.
After the retrofit, overall energy consumption dropped by about 22%, pressure became more stable, and pneumatic component failures were significantly reduced.
