1. Reduce loading/unloading cycles by widening the pressure band appropriately, so the airend is not forced into frequent switching; for machines with high unload frequency, reduce start counts to lower motor faults.
2. Right-size the compressor for actual demand. Long-term overload or oversized machines with excessive cycling are the main causes of airend wear and frequent VFD action, significantly shortening equipment life.
3. Keep the compressor room clean and ventilated, maintain a suitable ambient temperature, and avoid dust and corrosive gases that harm cooling and equipment life.
